Anyone and everyone is welcome at Sunset Drive Church, visitors and newcomers to the community are encouraged to attend weekly worship services and check out at least a couple of the different Sunday School classes offered to get a feel of the style of worship and the different Sunday School age groups. Generally it takes more than just one visit to get the real pulse of any new environment and situation, so several visits are suggested. Regular visits and attendance allow greater exposure and lead to greater interest. Once you are comfortable with attending the church, you may want to consider joining with the members and taking the next step in your faith journey. Anyone interested in membership would be guided by Pastor Bob and encouraged to participate in a new members introduction class held annually. When you join a United Methodist congregation, you become a member of a much larger connection. Members promise God and the congregation to uphold the church with their prayers, presence, gifts and service.
