The key Bible word for link is love. “Greater love has no one than this,” said Jesus, “that they lay down their lives for their friends.” How can any of us ascent to that degree of linkage? It’s infinitely above us! There is but One Person who “so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son.” The Father sent Jesus to die on a Roman cross and rise from a borrowed tomb in order to link us to Heaven’s amazing love.
